Good to know
- Check-in and check-out times are fixed. Early check-in and late check-out aren't possible because of our cleaning schedule
- Guests must be 25 or older (HOA rule)
- Please give an accurate guest count
- No pets. The HOA strictly prohibits them
- No open flames on balconies, including candles, cigarettes and fireworks
- Don't hang towels or clothing on balcony or hallway railings (HOA rule)
- Bring personal items in from the balcony during bad weather
- Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests
